Hear from charity Children’s University about their podcast!
Our first Grab The MIC: Live conversation is with leading education charity, Children’s University on Tuesday, September 13th.
We launch Grab The MIC: Live later this month. It’s a series of live-streamed conversations with not-for-profits who are podcasting!
We invite you to find out more about the charities, CIC’s, social enterprises and other not-for-profits who have done just that; grabbed the MIC and are creating exciting and innovative podcasts.
We want to inspire you to start your own podcast or perhaps give you some helpful hints and tips to boost or reinvigorate the one that you already have!
Our 1st Live
On September 13th at 12.15 – 1.00pm (UK Time) we chat with Helen O’Donnell and Liam Nolan from the charity Children’s University. The CEO and Head of Communications will sit down with our founder Vic Elizabeth Turnbull to talk about their podcast Children’s University: Live!

Children’s University is a forward-thinking educational charity. They promote the power of extra-curricular activities in and outside of school. The national charity works with a network of UK schools and educational settings, benefiting thousands of children each year.
The podcast, which originally started life as a way to replay key talks from their annual conference, has developed into the charity’s mouthpiece for current issues around social mobility and education. This is set to be a fascinating insight into how an education charity has Grabbed the MIC to boost its voice of authority in social mobility and educational issues.
